SMC FRP GRP water storage tank for irrigation/ farming/agriculture
SMC FRP water tank is made of SMC FRP panels. Using the food grade resin, the water tank can keep good quality of water and cleanness. No pollution. High tensile strength, light weight, corrosion resistance, beautiful appearance, long service life, convenient maintenance, etc. The water quality meets the national standard for drinking water.

The water tank structure
SMC FRP water tank is assembled by FRP tank panels, sealing materials, metal structure and fitting at site. Very convenience for the construction. The water tank can be assembled as standard's specification or as customer's special requirements. The water tank can be reassembled with high flexible performance.
The sealing belts is special designed for FRP water tank. No toxic, water resistance, high elasticity, good sealing performance. The whole water tank has high strength, no leakage, no deformation, convenient maintenance.

SMC(sheet molding compound) board is made through high temperature, high pressure, mechanical press. The machinery mold technique increases the strength against punching and shocking, improves the compressive strength and the service life. The board center is recessed with arc to improve the loading capacity of the tank. The four corners don't have the 45 and 90 flanges, no need of corner's connectors, become more flexible.
Installation method
1. During installation leave the installation access between the tank body and the wall of more than 800mm, for the tank top, the bottom --more than 500mm;
2, Before construction make concrete strip foundation;
3, After assembly close outlet pipe and vent pipes, open water inlet, the tank is qualified when the tank is filled with water and after 24 hours there is no leakage of water;
4, At the construction site is provided construction power.
Installation note:
Tank foundation can be concrete strip beam, or I beam. At diagonal corners of the tank top are equipped with air filtration devices. Inside the water tank are ribs. Each connection flanges are standard 1.0MPa flanges .
Cautions
1. Please do not store water higher than 70°C or other liquid (chemicals, oil and so on).
2. Water tank must keep away from fire.
3. Prevent pollutants and plunges from outside.
4. Use soft apparatus to clean. As to the new water tank, clean twice before use.
