Road Closures Will Be In Effect From

Warwick Academy To Morgan’s Road

Harbour Road To Tamarind Vale, Warwick

Between The Hours Of 1:30 p.m. And 3:00 p.m.

The Ministry of Public Works wishes to inform motorists and pedestrians that there will be a road closure for Morgan’s Road and part of Harbour Road, Warwick for the Warwick Academy 5K Fun Run.

Morgan’s Road will be closed from Warwick Academy Exit near Middle Road to Harbour Road, and Harbour Road will be closed from Morgan’s Road junction heading west to Tamarind Vale, Warwick.

This 5K Fun Run will take place on Sunday, January 30, 2022 from 1:30 p.m. until 3:30 p.m.

Motorists are asked to avoid these road closure sections and to use alternative routes via Middle Road, Keith Hall Road, and Longford Road for the duration of this event.

The traffic control will be under direction of the Warwick Academy representatives. In addition, the Bermuda Police Services are hereby authorized to ‘Close off’ or ‘Open’ roads or portion of the roads and restrict the authorize parking as the Commissioner of Police decides.

Access along these sections of road closures will be restricted to emergency vehicles and residents only.

The Ministry of Public Works encourages the full cooperation of the public and apologizes for any inconvenience that may result.
