A world tour and all the glam makeup that comes with it have Lizzo’s skin understandably stressed out. Last week, the pop star took to TikTok to get unready after a day of performing and shared the face mask she used to calm the itchiness and irritation that was plaguing her sensitive skin. First Aid Beauty’s aptly named FAB Pharma Arnica Relief & Rescue Mask came to the literal rescue.

“Get unready with me on tour because my skin has been breaking out,” she said. “Full disclosure, there’s nothing wrong with having texture on your skin. My issue is the itchiness that’s been happening and the irritation.” Later, she added: “I have extremely sensitive skin so if I have scented soaps—and I accidentally use some of the scented soap at one of the hotels—it’ll break me out and make me itchy.”

Before applying the mask, she washed her face and removed her makeup using a tried-and-true, dermatologist-loved favorite: Cetaphil’s Hydrating Foaming Cleanser, which she said was recommended by her makeup artist.

“This is a nice lather,” she said while rubbing it in.

After rinsing, she moved on to the FAB mask, working the creamy texture into her skin. “I know this all looks very #ad but it’s not,” she joked.

The Arnica Relief mask is a unique formula because it’s made to leave on the skin. It contains arnica flower, a botanical extract said to help accelerate skin’s natural healing process, calendula, a flower extract that helps calm and soothe signs of distress, and centella asiatica, a healing Chinese herb that helps soothe distressed, compromised skin.

Other notable ingredients include calming allantoin and aloe leaf juice.
