FLAGLER COUNTY, Fla. — Flagler County officials are urging residents to limit water usage to emergency needs only as of Thursday afternoon.

Officials said limiting water consumption can help the overwhelmed sewer systems catch up.

The request applies to all of Flagler County, including city residents.

“We are now at emergency water usage only,” Bunnell City Manager Alvin Jackson said. “We have no storage for wastewater.”
